    Online Purchases

    • Cash on Delivery (available in selected locations)

    After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS containing order details and a reference number.

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, after which shipment confirmation will be sent.

    For purchases made at physical retail locations:

    • Payments may be made via cash, UPI, or debit/credit cards.

    • A purchase receipt will be provided and should be retained for any return or exchange requests.

    • Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

    • Orders are processed on working days only. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or courier partner delays.

    • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

  • For customers ordering from outside India:

    • Product prices displayed on the website do not include import duties or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

    • Any such charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

    • Meqlori does not have control over these fees and cannot predict the amount charged by local authorities.

    • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product arrived damaged or leaking

    • The product received is past its expiry date

    • A verified allergic reaction occurred (supporting documentation may be required)

    • Return Conditions

    • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

    • Customers must provide the order number and images showing the issue.

    • Used or opened products may not be eligible for return unless an allergic reaction claim is validated.

    • Products purchased during promotional sales or discount offers may not qualify for returns unless defective.

    • Refund Process

    • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds may be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or issued as store credit.

    • Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    • Products purchased from physical retail locations may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • A valid purchase receipt must be presented.

    • Exchanges may be made for products of equal or higher value.
