Online Purchases:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (available in select pin codes).

• Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order ID and summary.

• Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, and you will be notified once the order is shipped.

In-Store Purchases:

• Payment Options: Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards

• You will receive a printed receipt for your purchase. Please keep this safe as it is essential for any return or exchange request.

7. 🚚 Shipping Limitations

• Shipping timelines range from 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders, depending on delivery location.

• Orders are shipped on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, lockdowns, strikes, or logistics partner issues may affect shipping timelines. Meqlori is not responsible for such delays.

• Delivery tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

8. 🌍 Duties, Customs, and Taxes (International Orders)

• For Indian customers, all product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• For customers outside India, Meqlori is not liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country.

• These charges must be paid by the recipient. Meqlori does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them at the time of order.

• Any delays caused by customs authorities are outside our jurisdiction.

9. 🔄 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Online Purchases

When Can You Return?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• You have received a wrong item

• The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival

• The product is past its expiry date

• You have experienced a verified allergic reaction (proof and documentation required)

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be in unused, unopened condition with its original packaging intact.

• You must provide your order number, batch number, and images/videos of the issue.

• Used or opened products are not eligible for return unless an allergy claim is validated.

• Returns on sale or promotional items are not accepted.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on Meqlori’s part.

10. 🔄 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – In-store Purchases

• Products purchased from Meqlori’s physical outlets can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

• A valid printed bill is mandatory to process an exchange.

• Exchange is allowed for a product of equal or higher value. No cash refunds will be issued at physical stores.

• Returns are not accepted for opened products, gift items, discounted goods, or without an original receipt.

11. 👥 User Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate and updated personal details.

• Meqlori reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused, involved in fraudulent activity, or violating any company policies.
