When Can You Return?
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival

You have experienced a verified allergic reaction (proof and documentation required)
Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in unused, unopened condition with its original packaging intact.

You must provide your order number, batch number, and images/videos of the issue.

Used or opened products are not eligible for return unless an allergy claim is validated.

Returns on sale or promotional items are not accepted.
Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on Meqlori’s part.

Products purchased from Meqlori’s physical outlets can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. No returns accepted for online purchase except for damaged products. ( Proof of damage has to be shared through whats app on the contact 889990255, for assessment and approval)

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

A valid printed bill is mandatory to process an exchange.

Exchange is allowed for a product of equal or higher value. No cash refunds will be issued at physical stores.
